This machine tool is mainly used for high automation requirements and high processing accuracy. The coarse and fine honing process is clamped and completed in one piece, and is also suitable for small-bore-size deep-hole honing.
The structure of this machine tool is a vertical coarse fine honing double spindle plus a four-station CNC rotary workbench. The rough precision honing spindle rotates and is driven by a servo motor, and the spindle parts are all equipped with a floating structure. The honing head expansion mechanism is also driven by a servo motor to accurately control the radial expansion and contraction of the honing strip. The honing reciprocating mechanism is driven by a ball screw mechanical sliding table. There is an automatic measuring device between the coarse fine honing stations to ensure that the technical requirements of the parts are met after the final fine honing.
